Are KIDOBOX fabrics safe for sensitive baby skin?
Yes! All our clothing, blankets, and rompers are crafted with breathable, certified organic cotton, dyed with non-toxic colors, and feature flat seams and nickel-free snaps.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 24 hours from our Mumbai fulfillment center. Metro delivery usually arrives in 2–3 business days, while other locations take 3–5 business days.
Is there a free shipping minimum?
Yes, we offer completely Free Express Shipping on all orders above ₹999 across India. For orders below ₹999, a nominal flat fee of ₹79 applies.
What is your return and refund policy?
We offer a stress-free 7-day return policy on unused and unwashed items with tags attached. You can request a return directly online.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Enter your KDB reference number on our Track Order page to follow your package from dispatch to doorstep delivery.
